Shipping and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction means everything to us at Butter & Bubbles. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
As a small handmade business, some of our products are made to order (especially scrunchies). Please allow up to 5 business days for us to carefully create, pack and dispatch your order.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch (via Australia Post)
- Metro areas: 2-5 business days
- Regional areas: 3-9 business days
- NT and remote areas may take slightly longer
Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, scrunchies are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind.
You are entitled to a replacement, refund if your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged upon arrival
If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
Items must be unused and in original condition where possible.
Handmade Items
All of our products are handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, or pattern placement may occur. These are not considered faults, but part of the unique charm of each piece.
Return shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received, we will notify you via email and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the costumer.
